“Negotiation is a skill that can be taught and learnt. Negotiation performance can be demonstrably improved by training interventions. For example, a study of novice negotiators showed that they had different “scripts” about negotiation that made them less effective than trained negotiators . While greater longitudinal studies would be welcome, existing evidence shows that negotiation training is effective in improving participants’ negotiation skills and the quality of negotiation results.”*

This two-day workshop will enhance the ability of participants to analyse, conduct and review their negotiations. Participants will have a conceptual framework for thinking about negotiation and an increased appreciation of the importance of the negotiation process. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will have developed skills which can be applied to a negotiation.

Who should attend?

We spend about 60 – 70% of our day trying to influence others in some way. If you are manage projects, lead people, conduct formal and informal negotiations or are involved with change in any form this workshop will assist you. This negotiation work help your skills in work and at home so to answer the question. Everyone!
