Lynley Hutton is an experienced manager with a background in investment, planning, monitoring and business analysis in the public sector, as well as management and financial experience in the private sector. She is an Associate of Victoria Professional and Executive Development. Lynley is a Chartered Accountant and former Chair of the Public Sector Accountants Special Interest Group for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
